Terms of Service for Affiliates

Welcome to the Soda Marketing Affiliate Program! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in our Affiliate Program. By signing up or participating, you agree to abide by the following terms.
1. Eligibility
To become an affiliate, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Maintain an active and appropriate platform for promoting Soda Marketing (e.g., website, blog, or social media).
2. Commission Structure
Soda Marketing offers a competitive recurring commission model for affiliates:
Commission Rate: You will earn 20% recurring commission on each qualified customer payment referred by you.
Duration: Recurring commissions are payable for up to 12 months from the client’s initial sign-up date.
Qualified Referrals: Only customers who complete a purchase through your unique affiliate link qualify as referrals.
3. Commission Payment Terms
Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid out 30 days after the referred client makes a payment to allow for any refund or chargeback periods.
Minimum Payout Threshold: Commissions will be paid once your balance reaches a minimum threshold of [Insert Amount, e.g., $50].

4. Tracking and Attribution

Attribution is based on the last-click model, unless otherwise stated.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates must not:
Use misleading or unethical marketing tactics.
Misrepresent Soda Marketing or its services.
Engage in spamming, cookie stuffing, or ad fraud.
Use PPC (pay-per-click) ads that bid on Soda Marketing branded keywords without explicit approval.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.
6. Term and Termination
This agreement begins upon your acceptance into the program and continues until terminated by either party.
Soda Marketing reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, no further commissions will accrue, but valid commissions pending beyond the 30-day hold period may still be paid.
7. Modification of Terms
Soda Marketing reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Soda Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this program.
9. Governing Law
